Southminster Volunteers Lead Sanctuary Renovation

Wayne Wilson of Shawnee and Loren Sommer of Merriam retired years ago, but the pair now have a job overseeing the sanctuary construction at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 63rd Street and Roe Avenue, Prairie Village.
Church members decided renovation could make the 45-year-old sanctuary more comfortable, modern and energy-efficient.
